Day 2
Putting it into practice
Role-playing based on written scenarios. The aim is to carry out cross-confrontations with all participants. The role-playing scenarios are worked on collectively, so as to exploit the participants' feelings and draw lessons for their future activity. Debriefing by the other participants helps to distance the subject from the observers. The aim is for professionals to question what they see, by describing and objectively criticizing verbal and non-verbal communication. The analysis takes place in two stages, first giving the floor to the actors and then to the group, and examines the feelings expressed.
