You sense that the atmosphere at work is deteriorating, but you can't understand why, or how to tackle the problem. Similarly, you sense tension, stress and conflict between employees...and you don't know what to do about it. Yet you are aware that this is damaging your company, its image, and the health of your employees: absenteeism, lower productivity and customer satisfaction levels...
The psychosocial risk audit is the first step in responding to the problem. Before implementing solutions, you need to understand what's going on.
The audit enables you to identify the presence and impact of PSRs in your company, and to obtain advice for your action plan.

There are many situations in which you may need to assess psychosocial risks through an audit:
Major change within your organization
Changes in working conditions
Need to update the DUERP, which must be done once a year
Increased absenteeism and sick leave
Occupational health alerts
Injunction from the Labour Inspectorate
Employee feedback on workload, stress, feelings of insecurity...
Even if you don't have any warning signs in your company, this approach enables you to anticipate and prevent potential exposure of your employees to psychosocial risks.

If you want to promote well-being in the workplace and guarantee your company's performance, a diagnosis of psychosocial risks is the first step to take.
It is a prerequisite for the implementation of a comprehensive, sustainable and effective policy for the prevention of RPS. In other words, it's by knowing where you're starting from that you'll know how far you still have to go, and how to reach your goal.
Carrying out a psychosocial risk assessment also enables you to meet your obligation to ensure the safety of your employees, and to comply with the law. Indeed, the French Labor Code requires employers to assess psychosocial risks, record the results of this assessment in the Document Unique d'Evaluation des Risques Professionnels (DUERP), and implement preventive measures to reduce these risks. The employer must update this document every year. Finally, at the end of the RPS audit, our auditor can update your DUERP.
