Monitor changes in your company's social climate

Employees are sometimes faced with changes in certain professional contexts. It is therefore important to equip ourselves with tools that enable us to objectify their perception and level of satisfaction with different aspects of their working life. This is the objective of the social barometer.

The social barometer is an internal survey carried out by means of a questionnaire. It is addressed to all company employees (or targeted by perimeter). It provides a snapshot of the factors that motivate employees and the areas for improvement. The barometer is thus a prerequisite for developing courses of action to be implemented.

It is a good idea to carry out the barometer at regular intervals (every year or two, for example). In this way, it enables you to monitor changes in the company's social climate.

What topics are covered in a social barometer?

We always work with the company to define the themes to be investigated and the questions to be addressed in the social barometer. This enables us to adapt the survey to the company's context and objectives. In this way, the company can explore very specific fields that are unique to it. For example, in the context of an internal project or change...

By way of example, the subjects covered may include employee commitment, recognition at work, communication, cooperative relations in the workplace, relations with management, career development prospects, occupational health issues.

Our questionnaires are designed to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. They are also designed to provide results for the company as a whole and for targeted areas (departments, professions, etc.). All responses are processed anonymously.
