Employees are sometimes faced with changes in certain professional contexts. It is therefore important to equip ourselves with tools that enable us to objectify their perception and level of satisfaction with different aspects of their working life. This is the objective of the social barometer.
The social barometer is an internal survey carried out by means of a questionnaire. It is addressed to all company employees (or targeted by perimeter). It provides a snapshot of the factors that motivate employees and the areas for improvement. The barometer is thus a prerequisite for developing courses of action to be implemented.
It is a good idea to carry out the barometer at regular intervals (every year or two, for example). In this way, it enables you to monitor changes in the company's social climate.
