Supporting a QVCT approach

The QVCT approach at the heart of corporate performance

The QVCT approach aims to better reconcile corporate performance and employee well-being. Providing satisfactory working conditions for employees, enabling them to feel that they are doing quality, meaningful work, and giving them the opportunity to make suggestions, are all factors that will also contribute to developing performance. It's a collective, participative and highly operational approach. It focuses on work and the possibilities for improving it, with a view to the continuous improvement of working conditions.

In what context should a QHCT approach be implemented?

A company never starts from scratch when it comes to QWL.

First of all, it's important to make the most of the actions already in place. A company's desire to structure its QWC approach may stem from the observation of malfunctions or processes in need of improvement. It may also involve a change that will have an impact on employees.

It may also be an opportunity to reflect on actions to be included in the NAO.

QVCT and well-being at work

What topics should be addressed during a QHCT initiative?

The fields that can be tackled through QWL are vast. That's why it's important to first identify the company's priority issues. The subjects addressed may concern material and technical conditions (premises, tools and work environments, etc.). They may also concern organizational working conditions (working hours, workload, distribution of functions, etc.). Or social and relational working conditions (working relationships and cooperation, management methods, etc.). Occupational health and equal opportunity issues are an integral part of QVCT initiatives.

Our support

Pros-Consulte can support you at every stage of your project:

Stage 1: structuring the approach

Setting up the approach, identifying the main issues, involving key players, defining the framework, stages and work process.

Step 2: Diagnosis

Diagnosis and shared assessment to identify areas for improvement in work processes

Stage 3: Experimentation

Operational time, which enables progress to be made towards new ways of operating: analysis of work situations to be changed through the setting up of work discussion forums (EDD).

Stage 4: Sustaining the approach

Set up the organization and the human and technical resources needed to deploy and sustain the QHV approach within the company.

Depending on your company's situation and the QVCT actions already in place, we can also provide you with one-off support at a particular stage.
