Putting it into practice :
The Occupational Psychologist, an expert in the implementation of RPS prevention approaches, will accompany participants during a practical workshop:
- Support in choosing a questionnaire adapted to your organization,
or even the inclusion of specific questions to assess RPS,
- Identify a psychosocial risk in your organization, to test the approach,
- Identification of courses of action,
- Integration into the DUERP (Document Unique d'Evaluation des Risques Professionnels).
