TAS 20 of emotional regulation capacity, teaching game: recognizing the defense mechanism, video on mechanisms
of defense, video on the emotional circuit, analysis of practical cases, free discussion, interactive theoretical presentation, role-playing exercises based on different psychic structures.

According to each basic psychic structure (hysterical, obsessive, perverse, borderline, narcissistic, psychotic), the following approach will be applied:
- Presentation of the structure (operation, associated behaviors: numerous examples linked to the business world)
- Defense mechanisms specific to this structure
- Risks specific to this structure
- Posture (focus on active listening techniques, when appropriate)
- Actions to be implemented / orientation (To whom? Why? How?)
Day 2 :
Protecting yourself to limit wear and tear on the job
Demonstrate benevolence while distancing yourself
Differentiating between empathy and sympathy
Know the limits of your role: know how to conclude the interview and pass on the baton
Learn to manage your reactions in deteriorating situations
Workshop: managing emotions
Identify the emotions at play in a delicate situation
The emotional circuit and its impact on behavior
