On November 16, all the Pros-Consulte teams and psychologists in our network met for a day at a unique venue in Paris. The watchwords of this convention: sharing and conviviality.

Convention des psychologues: a day rich in exchanges

For most of us, the day was a chance to get together. For others, it was a chance to meet for the first time.

The day provided an opportunity for more informal exchanges, sharing and getting to know each other better. It was also designed to strengthen the links between the teams and the network of psychologists.

What's more, alongside gourmet breaks 🍰 and photobooth sessions 📷, participants were treated to a play by the "Pour le moment" collective. The play "Nobody listens to me" highlights the theme of non-violent communication.

A day-to-day collaboration

Our in-house teams are in daily contact with the network's psychologists. For over 10 years now, we have been working together on a daily basis to help companies prevent psychosocial risks.

‍

The network's psychologists bring their expertise to bear on the many issues surrounding well-being in the workplace. Alongside us, they provide support to organizations through a range of different services.

‍

They are available 24/7 on the hotline to listen, support and advise workers.

‍

They also intervene directly in companies via our training organization. They train executives, managers and employees on a wide range of subjects: psychosocial risks, conflict, communication, harassment, stress...

‍

Finally, they are also involved in crisis management, conflict resolution support, analysis of professional practices, on-site duty, harassment investigations and psychosocial risk audits.

‍

With this day, we also wanted to thank them for their involvement and for this beautiful collaboration that has lasted over the years.
