In 2019, Pros-Consulte was the first training organization to be audited by Bureau Veritas for Qualiopi certification.
Since 2009, Pros-Consulte has been supporting organizations in preventing psychosocial risks and improving quality of life at work. We assist them through various support services, particularly via our training organization.
The law of September 5, 2018 established the principle of a single mandatory certification for all professional training organizations. This certification is known as Qualiopi.
An audit must be carried out in order to obtain this certification. The audit procedures are identical for all providers offering training courses.
On August 29, we welcomed Bureau Veritas as part of this partnership renewal.
On this occasion, Domitille Rouits, Head of Education at Pros-Consulte, answers our questions:
What does Qualiopi certification involve?
Firstly, Qualiopi certification aims to coordinate the quality of professional training provision. It provides greater clarity for organizations regarding this provision. In short, Qualiopi certification is a guarantee of the quality of the training courses offered to our clients.
What does Qualiopi certification bring to Pros-Consulte?
It provides a framework for the actions implemented to improve them on a daily basis. It also attests to the quality of the services provided to our customers. The certification is recognized by professional training funders such as OPCOs (Skills Operators).
It strengthens customer confidence by periodically reviewing compliance with strict standards, including the requirement to collect feedback from participants. It is essential to adapt accordingly in order to best meet needs.
How did you prepare for the Qualiopi certification audit?
In order to verify our services, the auditor does not tell us in advance which files he will select. That is why all our training courses must meet the requirements. For me, the audit is prepared in two stages:
- On a daily basis. First, by strengthening processes where necessary. Then, by conducting regular monitoring. Finally, we ensure that each training request is processed in accordance with the 32 indicators.
- Before the audit. By creating a file containing all the evidence needed to meet each criterion.
Ultimately, these two phases of preparation allow us to be calm on the day of the audit. In addition, it allows us to take advantage of the auditor's presence to share and discuss our practices.
How did the audit go?
On the one hand, to save time, we prepared our deliverables file in advance. The audit then proceeded as follows:
- Introduction (discussions about internal changes, everyone's positions, etc.).
- Assessment of compliance with each indicator, with an explanation of deliverables and our operating methods.
- Conclusion. At this point, the auditor may indicate any non-conformities.
Have you encountered any difficulties?
This is my third Qualiopi audit. In fact, we were the first training organization to be audited by Bureau Véritas in 2019. I didn't encounter any difficulties because we monitor compliance on a daily basis. This ensures there are no unpleasant surprises.
Monitoring requires time. However, once you have the right tools, it simply becomes second nature.
Taking certain indicators as examples, how does Pros-Consulte respond to them?
- Implement continuous improvement measures:
We have 14 deliverables that justify the resources put in place, including a malfunction tracking table. It is filled out each time a participant/trainer/sponsor rates a criterion as "average" or "poor" at the end of the training. We include the causes, corrective actions, and process improvements. This helps us prevent the malfunction from recurring.
- Mobilizing expertise to train people with disabilities:
We have selected a disability advisor from our network who is an occupational psychologist, trainer, and advisor tothe OETH (Obligation to Employ Disabled Workers). We call on him when a client informs us that training needs to be adapted for a participant. A questionnaire is sent out to assess the possibility of making adjustments based on the constraints and limitations caused by the disability. This ensures that people with disabilities are welcomed in the best possible conditions.
