This year, summer feels a little different for us as we celebrate our 15th anniversary. Throughout all these years, we have been committed to supporting companies and their employees in improving well-being at work. We work closely with senior management, managers, and employees alike to promote a healthy and fulfilling work environment.
On the occasion of our 15th anniversary, Stéphanie Jagorel, Director of Pros-Consulte, shares a few words with us...
“Fifteen years ago, we were a small team of five employees, supported by around twenty psychologists across France. Today, we are proud to have 30 employees at our headquarters and to work with 150 expert psychologists throughout the country. We have seen our company evolve, transform, and adapt to the changing needs of the market. We remain a human-sized company, deeply committed to our primary mission: caring for individuals and supporting them on a daily basis."
To celebrate this anniversary, we invite you to take a look back at the key moments in Pros-Consulte's history.
2009: a birth that began in an attic
Fifteen years ago, the two founders of Pros-Consulte embarked on a new adventure in the attic of their family home. Together, they developed a listening and psychological support service for individuals: jeconsulteunpsy.com.
2010: launch of Pros-Consulte, aimed at businesses
In France, the Darcos laws were introduced. They require companies with more than 1,000 employees to engage in negotiations on the prevention of stress at work. This led to the creation of a dedicated helpline for employees.
2010-2019: Pros-Consulte expands
Over the years, Pros-Consulte has branched out into new areas of expertise: on-site intervention, training, auditing, etc.
The team is also growing, from 5 employees to around 30 people!
Our network of psychologists is also expanding in line with the arrival of our new services. By the end of 2019, we will be supporting a total of 300 corporate clients.
2020-2021: a health crisis, upheaval, and growth
With the Covid-19 crisis, Pros-Consulte is experiencing a period of strong growth.
Between March and June 2020, we went from an average of 1,000 calls per month to 3,000. Similarly, our offerings evolved with the context. Remote interventions and training sessions multiplied, and the internal team doubled in size.
2022: a new chapter for Pros-Consulte
In 2022, Pros-Consulte stabilized. Our services are now focused on four areas ranging from primary prevention to tertiary prevention. In addition, our network of psychologists includes 150 experts.
It is in this context that we are integrating the Menway Group into the HR consulting division.
The Menway Group combines various human resources professions (HR consulting, recruitment, interim management, and temporary work) to provide a consistent and comprehensive response to the challenges faced by companies and organizations.
2023-2024: Pros-Consulte continues its development with the launch of numerous projects
Our teams work daily on developing new projects. The aim is to continuously improve the support we provide to both our clients and our network of psychologists.
An online space and mobile app for the employees we support has been created. They can now use a search engine to find the psychologist best suited to their needs and communicate via video chat. They also have access to a wealth of wellness content on topics such as work, stress, communication, and family in the form of articles, podcasts, videos, and more.
The corporate area dedicated to our customers has also been improved. Customers can access statistical reports and recommendations that they can use to take action to prevent psychosocial risks.
A mobile app has also been developed for our psychologists to facilitate their access to certain resources.

15 years old and meeting companies in the region
To mark this anniversary and to learn more about the companies in the region, we organized an opportunity for discussion and discovery during the Lorient Océans Festival.
This beautiful day began on the Portuguese sailing ship Santa Maria Manuela with a conference on "Conflicts at work: an opportunity to be seized," led by Sabine Grégoire, an occupational psychologist in our network and certified coach.
Then, the guests boarded the legendary sailing ship Etoile du Roy for a convivial lunch cocktail reception.
