Participants will have to deal with one or more hypothetical cases of psychological or sexual harassment. They will work in groups to determine the approach to take, the actions to be taken, the resources to be mobilized, and the preventive measures that could have been put in place beforehand. Role-playing exercises will allow trainees to experience these situations firsthand.
