The HR course: a scalable format adapted to your needs

The basic course consists of 3 fundamental training modules:

- The manager-leader: a vision, a role, values,

- Develop individual commitment,

- Develop collective commitment,

The manager course is then completed by specific modules, called "expert modules". These are offered according to the needs expressed by participants beforehand. The issues or needs are divided into two main areas:

1. The HR manager as a coach for his team/structure

2. Supporting HR managers in dealing with their own RPS

Following the fundamental and expert modules, you can organize recurring professional practice analysis workshops. Our support is comprehensive and long-term. You'll be able to share your experiences throughout these exchange sessions led by your training psychologist.

Our approach:

• Scoping video with you, the trainer and Pros-Consulte's training manager. We list the expectations, demands and problems encountered by the HR department. This is our basis for working on 100% customized content.
• Proposal and validation of the course with its various modules and integrated internal issues.
• Telephone briefing between the training psychologist and each manager, prior to the start of training.
