The manager course: a scalable format adapted to your needs

The basic foundation of the manager course consists of 3 fundamental training modules:

- The manager-leader: a vision, a role, values,

- Develop individual commitment,

- Develop collective commitment,

The manager course is then completed by specific modules, called "expert modules". These are offered according to the needs expressed by managers in advance. Is your company undergoing change? An expert module on change management could be of interest. Are your teams now working from home? The course can include an expert module on "Managing from a distance".

Our approach:

• Questionnaire to assess managers' needs
• Interview with one or more decision-makers to obtain background information, detailing the company's management culture (by telephone or videoconference).
• After analyzing the questionnaires, we drew up a proposal for a tailor-made course for managers, containing 3 basic modules and several specific modules, linked to the needs expressed by managers
• Telephone briefing between the training psychologist and each manager, prior to the start of the course
